It’s that time again. The Jingle Bells run is a fun 5K run/walk to raise money for the arthritis foundation. I ran last year but was incredibly sick but still had an amazing time. This year I doubt my time will be as good but I’ve got roughly 3 weeks to train. I’m gunning for 29 min time but we’ll see. Anyway, if you want to donate to a good cause, here is my link:

For those of you who know, a couple of weeks ago I had an endoscopy for what I thought was normal acid reflux. Turns out I have Eosinophilic Esophagitis. Probably had it since I was a teenager. The doctor dilated me after the endoscopy and that has helped out a lot. If you have bad allergies and problems swallowing/bad heartburn, you may want to talk to your PCP.
My close friends Jon and Paul are participating in the Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis. A good cause to run in really cold weather. If you can, please chip in to help them meet their goals.
