Where have I been lately? Having my butt kick by a nasty respiratory infection. It’s been real ugly. My throat is still swollen and sore and I am pretty much on a liquid diet and not the good kind of liquid diet. At least the fever and chills are gone. Anyway, I know I owe some phone calls, etc and will try to get to them soon. I also have a ton of paperwork for buying the house that I should be closing on July 31 for to do. Right now I think my agent and mortgage broker hate me. Anyway, that’s the short of it.
