I have a money back export Vat Refund card on on the back it has a email address stating I can get a refund on my Vat Tax. However, I am not seeing the availability of claiming this on your web site. the number on my card is 103720431220143133. I tried to peform this refund at the airport in Shannon but the line was so long that I would have missed my flight back to the USA. There should be more than one kiosk in the airport. The average time is took for someone to entere their data was 5 to 7 minutes. There were over 100 people in front of me. I allowed 3 hours before my flight. How can I get my refund when the website does not exist.
