So the big news is the Ireland trip is going to happen. I got the passport on Saturday and booked the airfare today. $270 round trip. Thanks to my buddy who works at the airport. It is nice to know people with those benefits. Fly out on Friday, fly back on Wednesday. As an FYI for anyone about to get a passport, there is not a need to expedite. They’ll tell you 8 weeks but I got mine in about 3. Still working out the details of what to do and where to stay but there is something to be said for having the freedom to take an international vacation with 4 days notice. I double rule.
